Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse in the United Kingdom is hiring a store team member to deliver outstanding customer service across all store interactions. You will ensure safe working practices and maintain stock availability and merchandising standards while motivating colleagues to achieve targets.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, typically Mon-Fri with two weekends per month, and a supportive environment where teamwork and health and safety are priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers

• Safe working practices of all colleagues

• Ensuring stock availability and merchandising levels are to the required standards

• Motivating and inspiring a team of colleagues

• The contracted hours for this role are 37.5 hours a week, working Mon-Fri and 2 weekends per month.
