We provide our customers with a fast-paced service in high street locations, offering great tasting, quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Training, developing, and motivating your team.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.

You should have a background in retail management and ideally experience in a food environment, though this is not essential. You will possess a strong work ethic and a hands-on, “can-do” mentality.
