We offer a rate of £12.71 and a working week of 30 hours over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. Flexible working hours can be discussed to accommodate your needs where possible.
As a Shop Supervisor you will work alongside our team to prepare fresh ingredients and produce sandwiches, baguettes, and other food products in line with Wenzel’s standards, while delivering outstanding customer service and selling high‑quality fresh food. You will be trained to company standards and eligible for future progression.
A supervisor assists the Shop Manager with day‑to‑day store operations, supervising the team, increasing sales, controlling costs, and delivering profit. You will also develop and lead the shop team to build a loyal customer base.
