Oxfam is a global movement working to end the injustice of poverty by tackling inequality, protecting and rebuilding lives, and addressing issues like land rights, climate change and gender discrimination. Oxfam shops, operating since 1948, form the heart of the charity, raising vital funds and increasing public awareness, guided by values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusiveness.

All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory references and screening checks, including criminal records, terrorism finance checks, and Disclosure and Barring Service checks. The role involves unsupervised access to vulnerable groups, requiring extensive background checking.

We aim to create an inclusive Oxfam where everyone can bring who they are and feels celebrated for their differences. We need to dismantle unequal power structures, build inclusive communities, and encourage participation from all.
