As the Shop Manager you set the tone for the shop, creating an entertaining environment which our customers love to be in, whilst leading your team to reach store targets, as well as provide full operational support and direction to them. You will ensure that the experience for every Paddy Power customer is best in class. Your passion for technology will help you and your team to promote our online and retail products and services. We believe results don't just come from targets, but also team progression.
