A leading cat welfare charity in the UK is seeking a Retail Team Member to lead a shop team in maximizing performance and managing daily operations. You will oversee income and expenditure, acting as a brand ambassador while ensuring a positive team culture. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a strong awareness of commercial goals. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £25,140.96 per annum with various benefits.

Our retail operation consists of over 80 charity shops. Each of our shops has its own charm and personality due to our dedicated volunteers and colleagues. From vintage jewellery and jigsaws to harps and handbags, whether our customers are looking for that 'must have' item or simply a 'missing piece'.
