Our PAUL Shop Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the shop most efficiently and effectively, delivering the highest possible standards of service through a highly trained and passionate team, whilst being pro‑active maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability, following PAUL UK standards and guidelines.
