A leading charity organization is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee operations at their shop in Nailsea, England. This role involves leading a team of volunteers, ensuring excellent shop standards, and engaging with the community to drive income. Sense is recruiting for a Shop Manager to work 33.75 hours (4.5 days) per week at our shop in Nailsea on a permanent basis. This role leads a team, drives standards, operational and customer service excellence, and maximises income generation for the charity. The role sits within Sense’s network of over 120 shops as we continue our shop growth programme.
