Role Description

Shop floor Foreman – CNC Building Materials will involve:

• Supervise production of high‑end range of building boards and facades materials.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, deliver toolbox talks, manage inductions and training.
• Create schedules, assign daily tasks, and support operatives with issues.
• Oversee workflow, check quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Operate, maintain, and repair machinery; manage tooling and consumables.
• Communicate updates to management and handle customer or operative concerns.

• Must have 2+ years CNC experience.
