Job Title: Shop floor Foreman - CNC Building Materials

Remuneration: £25,000 + bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

Responsibilities
  • Shop Floor Foreman position assisting with the supervising of the production for a high end range of building boards and facades materials
  • Ensure health & safety compliance, deliver toolbox talks, and manage inductions and training
  • Create schedules, assign daily tasks, and support operatives with issues
  • Oversee workflow, check quality, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Operate, maintain, and repair machinery; manage tooling and consumables
  • Communicate updates to management and handle customer or operative concerns
Qualifications
  • Must have 2+ years CNC experience
  • Ideally will have experience supervising small teams
  • Must have a personable personality
  • Must be an excellent communicator and leader
  • Strong health and safety background
