Shifts: 4on/4off shift rota 05:00AM to 06:00PM

Role Overview

As the Shop Floor Coordinator, you will be the recognised name and face for both client and candidates. Your primary focus is to ensure that Prestige delivers high standards for all candidates introduced to the site, working closely with supervisors, operators, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily attendance checks to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
• Monitor staff performance, providing support and guidance to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in workforce planning, including shift allocation and task assignment.
• Report any issues, breakdowns, or delays to the management team promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the training department to deliver site procedures to agency staff.
• Provide translation to full‑time and agency staff during induction and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in meat processing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food processing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Romanian language is an advantage.
