Pure Staff is currently recruiting for a Shop Assistant for our client based in Cheltenham. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.

Our client is a well‑established business offering retail and hospitality services, including a country wear shop, café, and shooting school. You’ll be joining a friendly and customer‑focused team in a picturesque countryside setting.

Job Details

• Position: Shop Assistant
• Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
• Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
• Salary: £12.50 per hour

Your role as a Shop Assistant

• Assisting customers in the shop and café
• Supporting management with stock counts and order processing
• Opening or closing the shop depending on shift time
• Providing excellent face‑to‑face customer service
• Helping with basic hospitality tasks (e.g., tea, coffee, sugar)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Friendly and professional manner
• Must live locally or have access to a vehicle due to site location
• Available to work flexible shifts Monday‑Friday

Pay & Shifts

• £12.50 per hour
• Shifts vary: 08:00–16:00, 08:30–16:30, or 09:00–17:00
