Job summary

Lipson Lloyd Jones is seeking a Shipping Litigation Solicitor with 3-5 PQE to join a City-based team. The role covers wet and dry shipping disputes, international trade and marine matters, with High Court litigation/arbitration for P&I clubs, shipping lines and major ports and terminals.

You will handle major recovery actions, vessel arrests, charter parties, bills of lading, grounding and salvage disputes, while developing a long-term career in Shipping Litigation.

Qualifications

• 3PQE+ shipping litigation experience gained working as a member of a recognised shipping department
• Excellent technical and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm and drive to develop a long term career in Shipping Litigation
