• Willingness to support port operations and work outside standard office hours.
• Organised and able to handle changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel arrivals and departures by liaising with captains and port authorities.
• Prepare and manage documentation to ensure compliance with port regulations.
• Monitor vessel schedules and inform clients of changes.
• Work closely with customs and freight forwarders to support port operations.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota including boarding duties.
