Shipping Coordinator - Peterborough
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30
Rate: Up to £20.02 per hour
Start Date: January 2026

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shipping Coordinator to join a global engineering and manufacturing organisation at their Peterborough site. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, verify, and process shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and mailing labels.
  • Keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Check shipment quantities and quality to ensure they meet order requirements.
  • Arrange adjustments or replacements for lost or damaged goods.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
About You

We\'re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who can multitask effectively and thrive under pressure. Previous experience in logistics or shipping is beneficial but not essential - we\'re more interested in your enthusiasm, initiative, and willingness to learn.
