A multinational cruise line is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to oversee all galley operations and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years in high volume culinary settings, a strong background in food and beverage operations, and excellent leadership skills. This role requires compliance with safety standards and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Candidates must be willing to live and work at sea.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in high volume galley/F&B operation.
• Excellent working knowledge of food and beverage products, services, and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate cost potentials/projections and understands the impact on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Galley staff and oversee operation of all galleys and food outlets.
• Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met.
• Conduct performance reviews, including discipline as needed.
