A leading cruise line is seeking an Executive Chef to ensure high-quality food preparation onboard. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a 5-star establishment and possess a valid STCW95 certification. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the role of Executive Chef at an International 5 star establishment.
  • Good knowledge of International cuisine and European culinary background.
  • Knowledge and experience of Public Health policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the galley operation to ensure high-quality food preparation.
  • Plans menus according to Company policies and merchandise availability.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards.
