Operational Duties:

  • Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently aiming to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Execute both reactive and planned maintenance tasks to impeccable standards.
  • Follow established and emergency protocols.
  • Champion the account’s Risk & Safety practices to prevent service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for refining technical service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to service enhancement, driven by a commitment to continual improvement.

Desired Experience & Technical Skills

  • HV/LV Authorized Person (AP15) – Refresher courses available.
  • Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
  • HNC & HND in Engineering.
  • Confined Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
  • Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.
  • IOSH certification.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
  • Strong PC literacy, proficiency with systems like BMS, and other digital control/monitoring platforms.

Work Location

  • This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (12 hours), covering both day and night shifts.
  • Flexibility to support the team outside of designated shifts is essential.
  • The position is based at our client’s premises.
