Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead operator role.
• Experience with roll metal forming and welded tube production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and non-conformance management.
• Ability to coach and develop a multidisciplinary hourly workforce.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and shift documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven production.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, welding and testing personnel to meet targets.
• Monitor equipment performance and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure product quality via testing, inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation including quality and inventory records.
• Oversee inventory transactions and ERP/MRP processes.
• Coach and develop staff for technical competency and safety awareness.
• Promote a strong safety culture and conduct investigations when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain productivity and continuity.
