Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all program staff during shifts.
• Ensure program services are provided on shift and assist coordinators with the program schedule.
• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and modeling for all employees during shifts.
• Ensure home has an inviting physical appearance reflecting residents' interests and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with licensing indicators and safety regulations; submit work orders as needed.
• Maintain open communication with DDS Service Coordinators, parents/guardians, and the community.
