Job summary

Dominos is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee store operations during your shift, coordinating the team and ensuring smooth running in the absence of the Store Manager. You will coach and develop team members to help them reach their potential and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires leadership in a busy, fast-paced environment, with responsibility for opening/closing the store, shift reports, and adherence to food safety rules. Evening and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff in fast-paced food/retail environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work for the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers; maintain product control and correct volumes.
• Ensure store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
