Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc at Ego - Woburn is seeking a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests, leads a service team and helps train colleagues to deliver outstanding hospitality. You’ll supervise day-to-day operations, uphold cleanliness and safety, and role-model excellent service on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs preferred.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
