Ego, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Woburn site. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team, and ensure high service standards while upholding brand values and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Shift supervisor experience/leadership a plus.
• Customer service mindset with ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and guest service.
• Lead and train the team during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Serve guests and manage hosting duties.
