Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team at the Toby Carvery – Shiremoor site. You will welcome guests, guide staff, and manage daily operations to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.

The role is full-time and permanent, based in West Allotment. You will oversee shift activities, training, and safety standards while delivering a warm, efficient dining experience. A supportive team environment is offered with development opportunities.
