Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in Walsall is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, greet guests and lead a team to deliver great service.

You will mentor team members, drive training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the site, while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and strong guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality/service team.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff.
• Strong focus on guest service and satisfaction.
