Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for The Botanist on the Green in Richmond. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary and a friendly, dynamic team environment where guest experience comes first.

You will lead a team, supervise daily service, train colleagues and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, while delivering warm hospitality and a memorable dining experience for every guest.
