All Bar One Waterloo is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, train staff, and lead a team in a busy city centre bar. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

The role focuses on supervision, guest satisfaction, and staff training, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a dynamic hospitality environment. Flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to train and develop staff.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
