Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Blackpool is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will welcome guests, supervise service, and drive training to maintain high standards across our pub brands.

Join us at a flagship venue in Blackpool, with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Previous pub or restaurant supervisory experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs.
• Proven leadership and training ability.
• Strong customer service and communication.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
