Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC operates venues including Summerhill House - Harvester. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll warmly welcome guests and lead a team to deliver great service, training colleagues and ensuring guests return.

You’ll be part of the day-to-day running of the site, act as a shift leader and role model for your teams, focusing on guest satisfaction and safety standards across the operation.

As Shift Supervisor at the Summerhill House - Harvester, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
