Job summary

Crown Tavern in London is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a frontline team. You will train staff, manage shift coverage, and ensure every guest receives excellent service in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service focus.
