Job Title

Shift Supervisor / FLT Driver - Logistics Operations (Warwick)

Location

Warwick, UK

Salary

Basic £30,000 + monthly bonuses (OTE c. £38,000)

Schedule

Monday‑Friday: 13:30‑22:00 + every other Sunday: 08:00‑10:00 (double time, minimum 5 hours)

iForce (Part of the Culina Group) is at the forefront of e‑commerce fulfilment, returns processing and carrier management.

Responsibilities
  • Position people to hit targets, ensuring productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
  • Provide training for new and existing staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Support the Shift Supervisor with receipt, pallet build, put‑away and dispatch of stock.
  • Support the Shift Supervisor with efficient receipt and pallet build of returned customer orders to maintain SLA targets.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety standards are maintained and that optimum levels of stock integrity are achieved.
  • Ensure staffing levels are planned to meet required levels of efficiency.
  • Develop and train all team members so that their contributions to the warehouse can be maximised and succession planned.
  • Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
  • Monitor and control the work environment to ensure it is operating at optimum efficiency.
  • Personable communication with drivers and operatives whilst finding solutions for potential challenges.
Qualifications
  • Experience of managing teams within a multi‑client warehouse environment.
  • Process‑oriented with an appreciation for specific client requirements.
  • Ability to deliver quality and cost improvements through continuous improvement.
  • A people manager who leads by example, encourages team spirit and can motivate a team.
  • Adaptable and responsive to change with the ability to monitor workflow and move workforce accordingly.
  • Computer literate and able to follow complex instructions.
