Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of All Bar One Leicester Square, seeks a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and train staff across busy city-center bars. You will ensure smooth service across shifts, manage guest expectations, and uphold standards while supporting colleagues.

This role offers frontline customer interaction, development through mentoring, and a collaborative team culture in a vibrant hospitality brand portfolio.
