Job summary

Toby Carvery - Colwick Park is seeking a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests with warmth, drives service excellence and helps train our team to deliver memorable experiences. You will be part of a welcoming, fun environment that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

In this role you will help run the site daily, lead shifts, mentor staff and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory hospitality role.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
