Job summary

Ember Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers, invites applications for a Shift Supervisor who will warmly welcome guests, train and lead a team, and ensure superb service across our pub. You’ll help maintain high standards and contribute to a welcoming, guest‑driven environment.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team
• Be a shift leader and a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
