The role involves supervising production staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating daily activities. The position offers competitive pay rates of £13.01 for days and £14.71 for nights, with day and night shifts available.
We are currently seeking a Working Shift Supervisor to join our client's fast-paced food production facility. This hands-on supervisory role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid background in food manufacturing, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity during shift operations.
The successful candidate will lead by example on the production floor, coordinating daily activities, supporting the team, and ensuring production targets are met in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Day and night shift available. Working times 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00, following continental shift pattern (week 1-Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday; week 2- Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday).

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for:

You will have a sound understanding of standards and be able to motivate the team to adhere to these at all times.
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is desirable for this role.
