Job summary

Harvester - Arden Oak in Birmingham is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service with a focus on training staff.

You'll be part of Mitchells & Butlers, known for fresh rotisserie chicken and family-friendly dining. You will host guests, manage shifts, coach team members and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
