Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of All Bar One Bath, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team with passion for service. You’ll train colleagues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy city centre bar.

You’ll role-model high standards of cleanliness and safety, motivate your team, and help create a friendly, inclusive environment where guests feel valued and staff enjoy coming to work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or shift leader in hospitality.
• Strong guest service and training skills.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
• Able to lead a team and work on shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and host guests.
• Lead and develop the on-shift team.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
