Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Aston Clinton is seeking a Shift Supervisor for The Bell. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and train colleagues to deliver exceptional service in a premium pub environment.

You’ll be part of day-to-day operations, supervise shifts, set high standards of cleanliness and safety, and role-model ongoing training. A supportive team and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest-facing roles.
• Ability to lead and train a diverse team.
