Could you be our Shift Production Manager to work at our East Ham Depot to uphold excellence in delivery of fleets?
As the Shift Production Manager at East Ham, London, you will work closely with the Depot Management team and customers to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Electrostar Class 357 and Aventra Class 720 fleets. Your role will involve managing the production team and providing administrative and technical support to ensure smooth operations at the depot. This is an onsite position with the following shift patterns: 2 Days 2 Nights 5 Off, 3 Days 2 Nights 4 Off, 2 Days 3 Nights 5 Off, as a 28 day rotation.
