What You Will Do

Lead and manage service delivery for vulnerable children and young people, particularly within adolescent services.

Supervise and support case workers, promoting professional development and team performance.

Manage safeguarding and public protection risks, ensuring high standards of child protection.

Facilitate multi‑agency collaboration to provide comprehensive support to children and families.

Ensure high‑quality recording, monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance using Management Information Systems.

Apply relevant legislation and policies to inform practice and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.

Use data and evidence effectively to inform decision‑making.

Foster inclusive practice, addressing equality and diversity with colleagues and service users.

About You

Qualifications:

Degree‑level education with a social work qualification and current Social Work England registration.

Evidence of continuing professional development.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in social work practice and managing service delivery for adolescents.

Ability to handle high‑risk scenarios with a focus on safeguarding and public protection.

Experienced in managing teams, performance, and staff development.

Strong background in delivering risk management services to vulnerable groups.
