The Night Shift Manager is a frontline execution role, responsible for executing night‑sortation, as well as evening preparation for night operations.
The role focuses on supervising handlers, allocating work, exception handling, area readiness, asset preparation, and data accuracy, preventing operational debt from rolling into the following day.
Role is accountable for accurate execution, monitoring, and early escalation.
Lead evening, pre‑night depot activities - Ensure area readiness: yard, locations, belts, devices, scanners. Prepare magnums, pallets, cages, and equipment for Night Shift.
