JOE & THE JUICE is a vibrant, people-centric fast-casual concept with a global network of Juicers. We are seeking a Shift Manager to keep shifts running smoothly, delegate tasks, coach team members, and drive guest satisfaction.

You’ll report to the Store Manager and set the standard for performance and environment on shift. As a Shift Manager you will lead by example, coach your team, monitor daily metrics, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and push for continuous improvement in service

• Execute shifts in line with the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF), proactively identifying operational needs, delegating tasks effectively, and providing constructive feedback that supports both performance and development.
• Ensure the store consistently meets Pink Standard requirements, maintaining high levels of food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance while escalating issues when needed.
• Develop and coach Juicers through on-the-job training, practical guidance, and continuous feedback to strengthen individual and team performance.
• Lead the guest experience by example, not by instruction, and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor key operational metrics, including sales performance, inventory, deliveries, and waste, to ensure an efficient and commercially successful shift.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Shift Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you are responsible for keeping each shift running smoothly. You organize the day-to-day operation, delegate tasks effectively, and provide coaching and feedback that help your team perform and develop. Guest satisfaction and store performance start with strong shift leadership.
