Greggs plc in Warwick is seeking a Shift Manager to help run the shop when the Manager isn’t on duty, inspiring the team and delivering excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click & Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will lead by example, ensure displays are stocked, keep the shop clean and presentable, and prepare fresh products such as sandwiches and oven items while supporting colleagues to achieve great results.

# Shift Manager### About the roleJoin us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.
