A leading fast-food chain in Reading seeks a passionate supervisor to lead teams and deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment. Responsibilities include managing shifts, training staff, and ensuring cleanliness standards.
