A renowned food service company is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to join their team in Priorslee Village. In this role, you will lead and support your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards within the shop. Your responsibilities will include motivating team members, managing product displays, and ensuring the shop remains clean and welcoming. Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
