Job summary

KINAXIA TRANSPORT AND WAREHOUSING LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to join its Warehouse Management Team in Northampton. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations while maintaining service excellence.

Responsibilities include managing inventories, resolving customer service issues, and conducting team meetings. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Kinaxia has an exciting oppurtunity to join its world class Warehouse Management Team in its state of the art facility in Dirft. We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Shift Manager.

As a Shift Manager you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

Mon - Fri 45 hours a week

Reaponsibilties:

• Enforce and maintain all company rules, regulations and Health and Safety on site.
• Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary.
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
• Communicates deadlines and goals to team members.
• Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
• Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.

Required Knowledge and experience
