Domino’s in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead store operations during your shift, organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop team members to help them reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, shift reporting, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency across all store activities. Evening and weekend availability is required.

The Role:

As a Shift Manager, you’ll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
