Job summary

Domino's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee store operations during a shift, ensuring smooth running in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will organise the team, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards while coaching colleagues to reach their potential.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, opening/closing, ensuring food prep meets standards, delivering fast service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The Role:

As a Shift Manager, you'll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
