Domino's is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee store operations during shifts, lead a team, and deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards. You will coach staff, ensure food safety, and manage paperwork and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves evenings and weekends, with opportunities for progression and a competitive hourly rate. Join a busy, customer-focused team in our London-area stores.
You know who we are, you’ve probably tried our delicious pizzas and now you’re thinking about joining our team – fantastic!
At Domino’s we’re passionate about delivering hot, fresh pizzas and giving outstanding service to our customers, whether it’s a busy Friday night or a midweek treat. Through our vast network of stores, our franchise partners employ over 35,000 people who work in a variety of different roles. We’re committed to innovation, community engagement and creating rewarding careers – and we’d love to have you join us.
As a Shift Manager, you’ll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.
This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
We are an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know.
Domino’s stores are operated by independent franchisees, therefore terms and conditions of employment across stores may vary and will be clarified during the selection process.
