SearchWorks in London is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead busy sortation operations on-site. You will own a shift, manage frontline operatives, and drive safety, productivity, quality and service targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, fulfilment or similar fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and performance targets.

The company is looking for a hands-on Shift Manager to lead sortation operations at its London site. You’ll take ownership of a busy shift, manage a frontline operational team and ensure targets for safety, productivity, quality and service are consistently achieved.
